Visionary Universe

Also referred to as the CESA Universe, the Central Established Spatial Anomaly Universe. This Universe, so named by the Commander, was central toward the Nexus of Creation within the Omniverse.

This was due in part to its mysterious origins which related to the fact that it was also a Spatial Anomaly, in that it was superimposed within the structure of the Omniverse, by means and reasons so far unrevealed.
